BAGS – Backpack or duffle bag for a porter, and a day pack for yourself
SHELL – Waterproofs to keep off wind/rain (waterproof bottoms are optional)
LAYERS – Shirts, skirts, shorts, t-shirts, sweaters, coats, caps, gloves
BASELAYER – Thin clothing to wick some sweat away and to wear cloth for the cold morning
FEET – Comfortable boots with strong protection for the heel and ankle. Lighter shoes for a change in the evenings.
SLEEPING – Warm sleeping bag (3 seasons) to have a great night at the lodges to sleep (they also have blankets)
DRINKING – Water glasses, not throwaway bottles, can be hard plastic (Nalgene).
WASHING & MEDICAL – Washing Kit, Blanket, Kit for First Aid

Day 01 – Arrive in Kathmandu. Overnight at a Hotel.
